Our trees grow in our family orchard. The trees are individually cared for with lots of love. Only self made compost and cow dung manure is added. The trees are naturally so resistant to pests and diseases. Hence no chemical pesticides are allowed in our orchard.
Macadamia tree grows very slowly. Lasting over 10 years to produce its first flower. A lot of patience is needed, we have that in plenty ! The benefits of this fruit nut is worth that waiting. We let our nuts fully mature to fall to the ground. This ensures full development of the fatty acid oils that form the crucial benefits for the skin.
They are then sun dried in the all year round abundant sunshine. The nuts are there after, very carefully and slowly cold pressed by hand, ensuring retention of all the key ingredients. This ensures full attainment of the high value extra virgin oil. We then package it by hand in the small beautiful glass bottles. All this happens at the farm.
